After all the the excitement of the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, we’re finally able to concentrate once again on the English Premier League!

It’s almost like starting a new season and therefore not easy to know who will get off to a flying start. That said, I’m not expecting too many surprises this week and I’m going for four teams to win away. These are Tottenham Hotspur to win 1-0 away at Brentford, Newcastle United to beat Leicester City 2-1 at the King Power Stadium; Liverpool to win 2-1 away at Aston Villa and Manchester City to beat Leeds United 3-0 at Elland Road.

I’m also going for one match to finish in a draw and that’s the game between Southampton and Brighton which, if my maths serve me correctly, means the remaining five matches should end with home wins!

Everton to win 1-0 at home to Wolves and Newcastle to win 2-1 away at Leicester City are both very close to call so with these two fixtures in mind, I suggest your best bet is not to bet at all.
